I am a therapist who has been an active member of the North Shore community for over 30 years. During this time I raised two wonderful children, experienced life changes, and have seen loved ones leave this world. Navigating through all life’s changes and challenges is rarely easy. Maintaining focus on goals, achieving happiness, and finding peace can be a process. Within my practice I take care to cultivate a safe, trusting environment where you can feel comfortable to share and explore new perspectives.
